Short-Term Running Goals:
After 3.5 years off, I started running again in July, I had hoped to qualify for Boston in the Fall, but was only able to manage a 4:18 marathon. I trained about 3 - 4 days/week, but I know I didn't do enough. My short term goals are:
1. Train consistently
2. Qualify for Boston in a Spring Marthon - Ottawa May 30th - would actuallly like to PB here as well.
3. Sub 1:40 half
4. 45:00 10km
Long-Term Running Goals:
My long term goals are to keep lowering my full and half times, and get back into ultras.

Easy workout - though I didn't feel like running. Still having stomach issues at around 20 minutes of running grrrr! Legs were sore to start, but felt ok when running.
