1.  3:44:40 marathon 2004 Toronto International

2.  1:45:46 half marathon 2006 Hypothermic Half Ottawa

3.  5:14:36 50 km 2005 Ice Age Trail Race Wisconsin

Short-Term Running Goals:

After 3.5 years off, I started running again in July, I had hoped to qualify for Boston in the Fall, but was only able to manage a 4:18 marathon.  I trained about 3 - 4 days/week, but I know I didn't do enough.  My short term goals are:

1. Train consistently

2.  Qualify for Boston in a Spring Marthon - Ottawa May 30th - would actuallly like to PB here as well.

3.  Sub 1:40 half

4.  45:00 10km

Long-Term Running Goals:

My long term goals are to keep lowering my full and half times, and get back into ultras.

Easy workout - though I didn't feel like running. Still having stomach issues at around 20 minutes of running grrrr! Legs were sore to start, but felt ok when running.

Very easy run outside, had to run with my knapsack to Marc's work, but got lost! Legs sore from the squats.

Ran 8.44km on the treadmill in 46:58.  Did 6 30s strides at 13.4 on the treadmill. Felt pretty good - despite strength work yesterday.
